Approval
For customers filing through insurance, Automan Collision & Repair LLC manages the submission of estimates and necessary documents to the insurance provider. Thanks to strong relationships with many insurance companies, the approval process is streamlined. If the customer already has an estimate or plans to pay out of pocket, the repair work can move forward promptly.
Check-In
After the claim is approved, the next step is scheduling a drop-off time that fits the customer’s schedule. Upon arrival, customers will be met by an Enterprise representative with a rental car ready to go, making the check-in process quick and easy. Customers only need to hand over their keys and drive off in the rental.
Completion of Repairs
While performing the repairs, the team at Automan Collision & Repair LLC carefully inspects the vehicle for any additional damage that may not have been visible during the initial estimate. If additional issues are found, an updated estimate will be submitted to the insurance company for approval. The best part is customers don’t have to worry about a thing—the team handles everything. For those who prefer, regular SMS updates are provided throughout the repair process.
Quality Control
Before the vehicle is returned, it undergoes a strict quality control process. Every part of the repair is reviewed, from checking clips and screws to making sure that the vehicle operates smoothly on the road. An electronic diagnostic report is also run to confirm all vehicle systems are functioning properly. This level of attention to detail guarantees that customers receive a high standard of service at this trusted auto body repair shop in Johnson City, TN.
Pick-Up
Once the repairs are complete and the vehicle passes quality control, it is washed and prepared for pick-up. Automan Collision & Repair LLC will contact the customer to let them know the good news. The customer can then drop off their rental car for Enterprise to retrieve. With repairs backed by a warranty, customers can confidently drive away in their newly restored vehicle.
